The house have a capacity of 12 to 15 persons, parking lot for 5 cars and big swimmingpool, perfect for big young groups or families able to bring basic stuff for beds and kitchen. The room and dorms are confortable but basic, but the gardens, shared areas, swimmingpool in great shape and recently built. Perfect for daily activities or events because of the big shared deck with ocean view area and kitchen. Rates depends of number of guest, around US$250 to US$350.
