Low season US$250 per night.
high season US$275 per night.
10 person max (extra person US$15)

To reserve the house the total payment is required in advance, we suggest to reserve the house one month before your arrival date to guarantee the availability, payments can be done with bank account transfer, Wester Union or with paypal with an extra charge of 4% as a money transfer fee.
