This hostel offers two triple rooms with a shared bathroom, spacious gardens and common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen for guests' use.

The hostel is located a few meters from El Palmarcito Beach in the La Libertad region, a very simple but cozy place.

The house can be rented in several ways. Since it only has two rooms, you have the option of renting it privately for large groups, with a maximum capacity of 12 people, with six double beds in total. You can also rent it by room, where each room has three double beds, or you can rent it as a shared dormitory, renting only one bed in one of the shared rooms. Everything depends on availability and the dates you request

The rooms are spacious and have two fans, but you can also rent a portable air conditioner for an additional fee.

This place is recommended for young travelers, especially those looking to learn the sport of surfing. One of the hosts is a certified surf instructor with extensive experience, so you'll have the advice and all the necessary equipment to participate in surf school programs during your stay.

The surrounding atmosphere is relaxing. The beach is very quiet, although you'll find a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy the beach, mostly seafood dishes, and cold drinks. At night, you can expect a relaxing atmosphere; partying isn't very common on this beach. However, you'll have access to transportation to other beaches where you'll find more nightlife.

For example, if you're traveling in a large group and looking to rent a completely private house, the rate is US$150 per night; if you're looking to rent a room, it's US$75; and if you're traveling alone and want to rent a bed and share the space, the rate is US$25 per person. Additionally, if you want to add a daily surf lesson, the rate is US$75 per day per person.

El Palmarcito Beach is one of the most pleasant spots in the La Libertad area, located about 20 kilometers from Puerto de La Libertad. Access is via a single road from the coastal highway.

The area generally includes one of the largest residential areas, Club Atami, which also has a resort, possibly the largest in this area of the country.

Between two rocky outcrops, it's a fairly short beach, about 300 meters long, with black sand. Especially during the summer months, right on the sand are several ramadas made of palm fronds and natural materials that offer classic local food.

On the other side of Club Atami, you'll find another smaller and more private beach called La Leona. The walk between El Palmarcito Beach and La Leona Beach is an activity that makes it even more magical.

The spot is highly recommended for surfers, but even more so for non-surfers, as its beauty and sandy surface almost year-round make it stand out from other beaches like El Tunco or El Zonte, which become rocky during the rainy season.
As for surfing, the spot has waves for intermediate surfers and is very good for beginners during the summer months.

📍 Located just 20 kilometers west of El Puerto de La Libertad, Playa El Palmarcito is easily accessible via the Carretera del Litoral. Its proximity to other popular beaches like El Tunco, El Zonte, and El Sunzal makes it a great base for exploring the coast.

If you're traveling from the airport, the best way to get there is by taxi or private vehicle. Traveling by public bus is possible, but you'll have to walk and change bus routes. If your flight arrives after 5 p.m., using public buses is definitely not recommended.
