Surf House Playa El Tunco:.Nice and new built surf house in Playa El Tunco, five totally equipped rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner, direct access to the beach (just 50 mts. from the ocean) with restaurant service, swimmingpool, wifi internet. The surf house is a great place to stay for single travelers, couples or big groups that want to stay in a private house and book all the property to have a better confort, the house have two floors, with two rooms in the first and three rooms in the second. Is located in the middle of the beach town of El Tunco but in a gated comunity making it a quiet and private area but close from all the bars and restaurants.

Rates and payments:.Single room: US$50 per night.
double room: US$55 per night. triple room: US$65 per night *Rates can change according with the number of guest and season, please contact us for more details, there are also rates for full property and long stays rentals. Payments:. We suggest to book the room at least two weeks before your arrival dates, from March-April, December-January and first week of august are high season and is better to book a room at least four weeks before. For reserve space we required 15% deposit in advance using paypal, the balance has to be paid cash at the moment of the check in, total payments can be done with paypal too with an extra fee of 5%.
